In the castle you will find everything your heart desires; a small but fine district with dealers and also a few noble houses are to be found here. In the middle of the castle, you will also find a small marketplace. Inside the castle you will find enough space for your creativity. So have fun building; D


The spawn consists of a merchant ship which lies at the harbor from there you come directly into the castle over a small bridge. On the other side of the castle you will find a variety of farmhouses, investors and many other buildings and paths that will take you out into the big wide world.

I want to have a medieval city, but every medieval city needs city walls (ramparts). And building Ramparts sucks. So I came up with a cascading structure block method to build ramparts. Each structure has structure blocks that will load the next segment of wall, bartizan (turret), crenellation, tower, or gate.



This castle was built entirely with structure blocks... with quite a bit of hand cleanup because everything does not always match up... also you will have to adjust the XYZ coordinates of blocks every once in a while because everything does not always match up. This was a 24 hour build.


Before I go into it, I want to say I spent a bit of time watching various Youtube documentaries about historical castles. My favorite was Shadiversity. Shad has nothing to do with Minecraft, but you should watch his stuff if you do medieval builds. Names and terms of a medieval CASTLE's parts. Why do medieval buildings overhang their lower floors? Also I have an instructions-for-use post that tries to explain how things work

Recreation of the American's base (Corn City) from the manga DR. STONE, first seen in chapter 151. This build took roughly 10 months to make. The interior is empty. The way the castle is formatted varies from panel to panel in the manga, so this build is the main components that distinguish this design.


There is the farmland with barns and a small cornfield upfront.Going through the wall's entrance, there is the lower half of housing that is constructed of wood with metal roofs. As the castle goes upwards the metal becomes the main material with copper roofs.

In 73 AD this fortress was the last stand of the Jewish rebels who were fighting the great Romans. This is how in my head it could have looked like before the Romans attacked, with a lot of tents because the inside was almost flat.


The Jewish revolt started around 65 AD. It lasted 8 years. This fortress was the rebels best chance of winning the fight. At least so they thought. The Romans fighting them were the x fretensis legion, which before served under the control of Julius Cesar. I had fun making the fortress and I hope you have fun as well.
